- Cooking/BBQ (offset smokers, pizza ovens): oak for steady heat; cedar sparingly for aroma.
Storage & seasoning
Keep stacks off the ground with airflow and cover the top from rain. Aim for ~15–20% moisture content. We offer seasoned and kiln‑dried on request.
